WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BANDANAS?

Sizes are recommended based on tie-on bandanas with hardware snaps at designated measurements. Please measure your pet's neck and leave sufficient space to tie a loose knot. We recommend tying once before using snaps to secure. When in doubt, size up!

SMALL

Fits neck 27-37 cm. Suitable for Chihuahua, Cavalier King Charles, Jack Russells, Pug, Small Frenchie, Papillon, Mini Dachshunds, Lhasapoo etc.

MEDIUM

Fits neck 37-47 cm. Suitable for Large Frenchie, Border Collie, Dalmatian, Large Pug, Staffy, Small Kelpie, Lhasa apso etc.

LARGE

Fits neck 47-57 cm. Suitable for German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Large Kelpie, English Bulldog, Doberman, Porcelaine etc.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY PRODUCT IS DELIVERED?

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. If for some reason you need your order to go out ASAP, please email info@idyllicshop.se and we will do our best to ship your order out as soon as possible!

 

SHIPPING TIME?

Standard shipping within Sweden is up to 2 business days. Within EU 2-5 days and outside EU 4-8 days.

IDYLLIC is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during its shipment.

Please note, IDYLLIC is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

If your package has shipped and you've entered the incorrect address, and it is returned to the sender we do require you to pay for shipping a second time to have the package reshipped.

 

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?

If you made a mistake in your order please email us at info@idyllicshop.se immediately. We will not accept order cancellations after it has been 24 hours since the order has been placed. 

Please verify your shipping address before processing your order to ensure it will be delivered to the correct address. If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us ASAP at info@idyllicshop.se If your package has not shipped, we can still change your address.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!

If you are not satisfied with your product, send us an email at info@idyllicshop.se and we'll be here to help! We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us your order details along with a description and photo(s) of the item's condition and we will send you a new package.

 

HOW DO I WASH MY BANDANAS?

Machine wash on low, however we recommend leaving it out to air dry as machine drying may cause the bandana to slightly shrink in size. Bandanas may wrinkle with wear; feel free to gently iron as needed.

 

MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT

IDYLLIC  it not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages  - we count on PostNord to deliver your package once it leaves our shop. If you require assistance in finding your tracking number, please email us at info@idyllicshop.se
